8 minutes of stretching

100 inside leg kicks 100 rear roundhouse kicks 50 double inside leg kicks 50 double rear roundhouse kicks (As seen in video) 50 inside leg kick to rear round house kicks 2 minutes in each lead of the following 1. Low, medium and high inside leg kicks 2. Low medium and high rear roundhouse kicks 3. Any 4 hit combo starting with an inside leg kick 4. Any 4 hit combo starting with rear roundhouse kick 5. Any 4 hit combo ending in an inside leg kick 6. Any 4 hit combo ending in rear roundhouse kick 7. 10 minutes of shadowboxing incorporating defense
