3. MB crunches with ball between shins
4. MB russian twists
5. MB full situp with overhead swing
6. MB overhead hold jumping jacks
7. MB squat jumps
8. MB front to back line hops
9. MB side to side line hops
10. MB quick feet
11. MB chest passes with wall
