Try this strength finisher

Every other week I like to add this strength finisher to a back/lat day or chest/push day. Two very basic exercises in a 10 minute AMRAP circuit that just leaves your shoulders, chest, low traps, and rhomboids pumped.

For the reverse fly make sure to stick with a #1 (yellow) or #2 (red/orange) band. Those are the lightest bands and trust me, they will do the trick.
