I've been adding a lot of body weight and range of motion exercises at the end of my routine to help build strength endurance and mobility. I am nowhere near where I want to be with these Archer Push-Ups but it is a starting point. LOL, really difficult after doing 10 sets of 10 reps of bicep curls but that is no excuse. 🎯 Goal is to have my arms straighten/lengthen to full range within the next couple of weeks.
