Here is a 5 Round Metabolic Finisher I like to add at the end of my early morning boot camp classes at Enhance Fitness Studio in Countryside, IL.
The goal is to go all out with no rest until the end of the circuit.
Try it out and let me know how you do:
- 30 sec. - Left to Right Shuffle to U Shuffle
- 20 sec. - Regular to Wide Power Push-Ups
- 30 sec. - Right to Left Shuffle to U Shuffle
- 20 sec. - Alligator Power Push-Ups 60 sec.
