I love adding this routine to my group fitness classes at Enhance Fitness Studio in Countryside, IL.

This is a great workout to add to any of your exercise routines or you can just add a couple more rounds to make it your full routine. All you need is a pair of dumbbells.

  • RDL to Back Row into Reverse Lunge to Bicep Curl
  • Kneeling Single Arm Arnold Press
  • Archer Push-Ups
