Enhance Sports Performance Program utilizes the most up-to-date youth sports performance research to properly build each athletes foundation to:
Prevent the likelihood of common youth injuries
Improve overall functional strength to increase strength, power, and coordination
Make sure the athlete instills good practice on and off the field/court
Self Defense and combat sports is designed to teach your child how to defend themselves should they ever be approached by a bully or total stranger. They will improve their reaction time, speed, agility, balance, power, coordination and de-escalation techniques.
