3 days to burn off calories Thursday 11/22, Friday 11/23 and Saturday 11/24
Your body will have lots to be thankful for this year. Thursday, Friday and Saturday 6am - 9am 11-22/23/24 we are having exercise routines designed to be completed between 60-90 minutes. Thursday's routine will focus on strength, Friday's will cover cardio and Saturday will be interval training day. Stay fit, stay sweaty, stay strong!
