10 weeks of unlimited boys/girls/young adults ages 5-17 summer camp classes for Exercise classes, Boxing, Wrestling, Self Defense, MMA (mixed martial arts) and open gym 

*they do not have to attend all the classes, they can attend the ones they are most interested in

* Multi - child discount, if you sign up more than one child, the first child is regular price, all children after that are 50% of the price.  They do not have to be related, this applies to anyone signing up together. 

Enhance Fitness Studio and I Noah Training in Countryside have come together to bring youth 10 weeks of unlimited youth summer camp programs for ages 5-17. The youth sports performance classes offer group exercise instruction and demonstrations to improve balance, coordination, speed, strength, agility, competitiveness and sportsmanship. The boxing class offers self defense instruction with drills and supervised training to improve footwork, reaction time, discipline and precision. Wrestling class teaches them to use their body as a tool to control their opponent within the rules of the sport. Great for self defense and confidence. MMA (mixed martial arts) is the best of all martial arts in one program. This class covers boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, jiu jitsu and all fighting styles in a controlled, supervised setting. We also have open gym, which will allow your child to come in and exercise on their own or if they do not know what they want to do, they can request that a certified personal trainer design a workout specific to their fitness goals. Here is the summer schedule for the 10 week unlimited summer camp programs for ages 5 - 17

Youth Sports Performance

Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 5:30pm - 6:30pm


Tuesdays 2pm-3pm, Thursdays 2pm-3pm & 5pm - 5:45pm, Saturdays 10am - 1045am


Tuesdays 1pm - 2pm & 8:30pm - 9:30pm, Thursdays 8:30pm - 9:30pm

MMA (mixed martial arts)

Saturdays 11am - 11:30am

Self Defense

Fridays 6pm - 6:45pm

Open Gym (workouts can be created for them if they do not know what to do)

Sundays 8am - 12pm
