Jeff D'Adam

After receiving a Bachelors in science from Illinois State University, Jeff attained his Personal Training Certificate through the American Council of Exercise and Moraine Valley Community College Fitness Program.

Combining the practical experience he received during his workshops at MVCC, the technical knowledge from The ACE principles, he mastered the fundamental elements of fitness. His past experience as a Group Leader at Orland Park Special Recreation has helped him develop a well rounded understanding for coaching children and their specific limitations. Working as an Physical Therapist Aide for the physical therapists at TheraCORE, Jeff has expanded his knowledge for coaching client back from sport injuries. This perspective lets him create programs that are balanced for long term growth and success. These Injuries rang from ACL tears to shoulder instability of overhead athletes. Often the bridge between recovering from serious injury and returning the athletic form is overlooked, so this unique perspective creates a safe environment for athletes to return back to peak performance.

 As an Enhance Sports Performance Coach, his job is to teach the fundamental principles of Injury prevention, joint integrity, dynamic flexibility, and integrated strength. These are foundational principle are not only part of Jeff’s Philosophy as an Enhance sports performance coach but as personal trainer too.  With over 4 years of experience, Jeff is working on developing new unconventional Strength Training techniques to establish more variety and enjoyment in his training philosophy. He also is working towards to further develop his knowledge of athletic development and sport conditioning.
